YEAR TWO. FOUR NEW PROGRAMMES. We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been awarded £1,500 (First prize!) through the Tesco Stronger Starts grant, following a public vote at local Tescos throughout Camden. A huge congratulations to Gwen Lee and her team for bringing together the second Camden Schools Art Biennale at Central Saint Martins’ Lethaby Gallery in King’s Cross. Following our highly successful woodwork project, ‘Muttering Birds’, we invited some of the young makers who took part to bring their creations to life, using their automata as puppets to share their process. Enjoy! Never a dull moment here at shiftED. Why not volunteer for us and make a difference! A huge thank you to @gfsmithpapers for their support providing high quality paper for our screen printmaking project with @stevewilliamsuk. It is being put to great use!
