We’re delighted to welcome Alexandra “Lexie” Grüber-Pérez to shiftED’s board of trustees.
Lexie is a service designer and policy advisor who works across disciplines to make public systems work better for children and families. Over the past decade, she has shaped national child welfare reform strategy in the United States, supported agencies to redesign how families navigate housing and social care, and used design research to close the gap between policy and practice. Lexie holds a Master’s in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and brings a deep commitment to equity, systems change, and human-centred design.
