Schools Programme

This page is for educators and school leaders who would like us to work with their pupils at our Makerspace.

We believe that we can offer high quality, rigorous and engaging programmes led by facilitators with strong making skills who have experience of working with young people in schools. Our projects take place at our Makerspace in Holborn Library.

shiftED was founded by ex-teachers with over 40 years of experience in project-based learning and the arts, working in primary and secondary schools. This gives us a deep understanding of the current educational needs of schools and pupils.

The majority of our programmes are project-based are focused on 3D ways of working, using a range of tools and processes that will challenge and excite your pupils. Click here to learn more about our approach.

We work predominately with Key Stage 2 in primary schools (year 4-6) offering our Level 1-2 projects linked to the following creative sectors:
